Safety Considerations from Pilates of Fayetteville, Inc.

These classes involve activities and positions that may be contraindicated for participants with injuries or medical conditions. As a general rule of thumb, if an activity causes pain it should not be done! Know the difference between feeling sensations and feeling pain. Individual bodies require individual workouts. In all exercises and postures we never want to cause pain.  

 Informed Consent and Waiver of Liability Release

I acknowledge that I will listen to my body, altering movement as needed, and inform the instructor if anything is uncomfortable or painful. In signing this document, I acknowledge being informed of the somewhat strenuous nature of the program and the potential for injury such as a pulled muscle, a torn ligament, a back injury orworseI assume all risk for my health and well-being while participating in programs and classes offered by Pilates of Fayetteville, Inc., and waive any claims I might otherwise bring against Pilates of Fayetteville, Inc., its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, trainees, and contractors, or any persons involved with this program, as a result of injuries resulting from or relating to my participation in their programs and classes. I understand that questions and concerns about exercise procedures and recommendations are encouraged, welcomed and kept confidential. I have informed the instructor of any medical conditions and/or concerns that I have and I will inform the instructor if my health should change. 

CANCELLATION POLICY


I understand that  I must cancel a scheduled appointment or class with Pilates of Fayetteville at least 24 hours in advance  or I will  be  held  responsible  for  payment in full
